We aim to keep our full range of products in stock at all times, and normally are able to supply directly from stock. However, because of the popularity of our unique range this is not always possible at very busy times. It is our policy to inform customers that an item is Out Of Stock by putting the sign “Out of Stock” next to a product description. Once the goods are back in stock the sign “In Stock” will appear next to a product. At all times, we strive to ensure that we carry stock of all of our products and that corresponding delivery times are accurate. Although very uncommon, there can be minor discrepancies between actual and indicated stock levels during extremely busy periods such as Christmas or Easter which can have an effect on delivery times. In the unlikely event that this should occur we will endeavour to advise you by email.
Please Note that most of the products in our gallery are either totally hand crafted or hand finished, and are therefore not always readily available from the handcrafters at short notice.
Please order early to avoid disappointment. This is particularly important in the run up to Christmas.
